Welcome to WE Groww. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and any related content. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Overview

WE Groww provides social media marketing and management services, including but not limited to:

  • Social media account management and content scheduling
  • Content creation (graphic design, video production, copywriting)
  • Paid advertising campaign management
  • Analytics, reporting, and strategy development
  • Influencer marketing and community building

The specific scope of services will be outlined in a separate service agreement or statement of work between WE Groww and the client.

2. Client Obligations

By engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide timely access to your social media accounts and necessary credentials
  • Supply accurate and up-to-date brand information, guidelines, and assets
  • Review and approve content within the agreed-upon timelines
  • Make timely payments as outlined in the service agreement
  • Ensure that all materials provided to us do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
  • Comply with the terms and policies of all social media platforms

3. Payment Terms

Pricing

Service fees will be outlined in your service agreement or proposal. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

Payment Schedule

  • Invoices are issued at the beginning of each billing cycle as specified in your agreement
  • Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed
  • Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us to discuss resolution options within 7 days of the service delivery.

4. Intellectual Property

Client Content

You retain all rights to the brand assets, logos, and materials you provide to us. By sharing them, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use them solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed-upon services.

Our Content

All content, strategies, templates, and creative assets developed by WE Groww during the engagement become the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to showcase work completed for you in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, account credentials, financial information, and unreleased content. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.

6. Term and Termination

Contract Duration

The term of the service agreement will be specified in your individual contract. Most engagements are on a monthly retainer basis.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice
  • WE Groww reserves the right to terminate immediately if the client breaches these Terms or the service agreement
  • Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date

Post-Termination

Upon termination, we will transfer all account access and deliverables back to the client within 7 business days and cease all activities on your behalf.

7. Limitation of Liability

WE Groww shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities resulting from platform algorithm changes, policy updates, or service outages by third-party social media platforms
  • Content performance, as social media results are influenced by many factors beyond our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we strive for excellence and measurable results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as follower counts, engagement rates, or revenue increases. Social media performance is subject to platform algorithms, market conditions, and audience behavior, which are beyond our control.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WE Groww, its team members, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Content or materials provided by you that infringe on third-party rights
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

10. Use of Website

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content without permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
